Our First Keynote Speaker @drlashe came with energy toThe Lagos International Day of The Girl Child Conference 💃💃🌹🌹🌹🌹

Find the excerpts from her session below:

Dear Girl Child:
Your Voice is Your Power, it is unique to you.
Your voice is not just the sound you produce.
You matter in the scheme of things.
Your voice is not just what comes out of your mouth but what you stand for, the choices you make, what you believe in, the boundaries you set and the impact you create.

Understand who you are, If you have not heard your own voice nobody can hear your voice.
Have a vision & empower yourself through your words, skills etc.
To elevate means to speak up as a Person of substance.
In elevating your voice, Purpose is Important, Know it.
A powerful voice is not necessarily a loud voice but a voice of substance.

VOICE

V - Value - be a person of value, vision
O - Own your story
I - Invest in yourself (looks, learning, reading)
C - Courage to Speak (ask questions)
E - Excellence (quality of what you churn out)
