Sometimes the difference between an idea you had and something you actually built is how quickly you were willing to move before you had all the answers.

You don’t need to have every detail figured out. You just need to give the idea a chance to become something.

Whatever you’ve been sitting on, maybe this is your sign to move on it. 🫶🏾

July gave me my flowers 💐

Spent a week traveling solo with August for basketball. We really needed this time together. 🫶🏾

Every time she stepped on the court, she made an impact. She proved exactly who she was.

Even while playing through a knee injury and limited minutes, @augustbranch13 earned First Team honors for her entire age group in the Elite 40 League.

My dad turned 71 years young 🫶🏾🙏🏾

I got to spend quality time with my best friend in the whole wide world and her beautiful family, who have truly become family to me through God’s grace. Love you, @lenasimone79. 🫶🏾

The first round of Adison’s graduation photos is loading now. 🥹🫶🏾🎓 These are just the iPhone photos. I can’t wait to show you what @sylvialeephotography captured through her lens! 📸

The frozen margaritas at Rreal Tacos should be illegal. 😂 They are THAT good. I could drink these all day!

Core, Tone & Reform with August. 💪🏾 She’s taken two classes so far, and although they’re challenging, she keeps showing up. She’s committed to getting stronger, leaner, and lengthening her body one class at a time. So proud of her consistency.

My mommy turned 76 years young 🥹🫶🏾🙏🏾

Ran into my day one, Soror, and her amazing husband while celebrating my mom’s birthday. 🫶🏾 I love when moments like this happen. Sometimes the best surprises happen by accident, and sometimes you run into the exact person you needed to see.

Prayer works. 🙏🏾

Long overdue lunch with my girl, Patrice. 🫶🏾 I’ve always admired her work, and somewhere along the way, we became friends. So grateful for the way the universe brought our paths together.

@bee_alyssatrofort has always been one of my favorite photographers. She captured the growth of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT here in Atlanta and has documented our girls growing up through our annual holiday cards. If you’ve ever received one, you already know how special her work is.

So seeing this full-circle moment, with her serving as the media photographer for Overtime Select and getting to photograph Adison, was incredibly special. Life has a beautiful way of bringing everything
