⁣
When discs, joints, and nerves are under constant pressure, the body often adapts with pain, stiffness, numbness, weakness, and limited movement.⁣
⁣
Our new spinal decompression space was designed to complement your chiropractic care—creating an environment where your spine, nervous system, and body can better adapt, recover, and function at their highest potential. While chiropractic adjustments help restore proper motion and improve neurological communication within the body, decompression helps reduce mechanical stress on the discs, joints, and surrounding nerve structures, supporting a more favorable environment for healing and long-term function.⁣
⁣
You may be a candidate for spinal decompression if you experience:⁣
✔️ Neck or low back pain⁣
✔️ Disc bulges or herniations⁣
✔️ Sciatica or radiating pain into the arms or legs⁣
✔️ Numbness, tingling, or nerve-related symptoms⁣
✔️ Degenerative disc changes⁣
✔️ Chronic spinal compression from sitting, driving, or repetitive stress⁣
✔️ Pain that hasn’t responded to traditional treatments alone⁣
⁣
By gently reducing pressure within the spine, decompression aims to improve mobility, decrease irritation to sensitive tissues, and support your body’s natural healing process.⁣
⁣
Ready to see if decompression is right for you? Send us a DM or schedule a consultation.⁣

Chocolate Folks (Melanated/non-White) I’m callin you in to healing reflection community. You can run from ancestral trauma but you can’t hide. Self love is the solution to bringing peace on earth. If every world leader actually loved themselves they would promote peace not war simple as that. Self hate is what White colonialism has sewn in deep into the fabric of USA. The number one things “they” are afraid of is our loving unity with regulated nerve systems. What happens when we heal ancestral trauma? What happens when we learn to communicate with love and skillful tact? What happens when we come together in the name of self care and communal resource sharing. Hop in the 7 day Challenge starts tomorrow. Link in bio.
