POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Dr. Naved Fatmi calls out what most avoid naming: 30-year-old and 60-year-old dentists don't extend each other that respect.

He's watched the opposite work, a retiring dentist choosing to mentor instead of dismiss.

That's the real superpower.

My first Dykema conference. Thanks for hosting an amazing conference Brian Colao. Here’s what I walked away with.

I met people I’d only known from a screen. Reconnected with friends I hadn’t seen in years. Made new ones I already know I’ll be calling when I need advice.

But here’s what stuck with me most.

Everyone in that room was building something. Different roles, different companies, different corners of the industry - but the same real conversations. Growth. People. Systems. The stuff that actually keeps you up at night. And the hunger, drive, and passion that makes us entrepreneurs. I just love that! Chasing success.

The difference between people who are stuck and people who are moving forward isn’t talent. It’s who they surround themselves with.

You can only see as far as the people around you have already gone. That’s the entire value of a room like Dykema. Not the sessions. Not the swag. The people.

If you’re figuring it all out alone, with no one to pressure-test your thinking - you’re doing it the hard way. And you don’t have to.

Grateful for everyone who made this weekend what it was. Sorry if I didn’t tag you!

If you were there - what did you enjoy most about Dykema?

Drop it below.

Stop trying to be every kind of dentist. 🦷

The fastest way to limit your growth is copying what everyone else is doing instead of leaning into your own strengths.

When you’re honest about what you’re not great at, you create space to truly excel at what you love.

Double tap if you’re choosing focus over pressure 👇
