Facial balancing is about creating harmony between the features, not simply adding more volume to the lips.

A subtle chin enhancement can help support facial proportions from the front and create a more balanced appearance from the side.

For this patient, we used 0.5 mL in the lips and 0.5 mL in the chin, with the goal of achieving subtle, natural-looking enhancements.

Your reminder that low energy deserves a little more investigation.

Feeling tired, run-down or not quite like yourself? Iron levels could be part of the picture. 🩸

Iron IV therapy may be an option when medically appropriate, depending on your labs, symptoms + individual needs.

Book your consultation with me and let’s find out together!

Who else was watching the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show? 👀🪽✨

Because this is exactly how we feel when our patients complete their treatment plans and step into their most confident era. 😍

The confidence. The glow. The main character energy. 💅

And the Caviar team? We’re basically Kris Jenner in the front row, cheering you on like proud parents. 😂👏

Your glow-up will always be our favourite runway moment. 🤍

Meet your Injector

I went to Medical School in Ireland, Trinity College Dublin - I graduated with Honors

I lived and worked in Singapore as a Resident Physician for 2 years - I worked 30-hour on call shifts and learned the most as a Doctor than any other experience

I did my Family Medicine Residency in Regina - so I have a bit of "Prairies" in me

I did my Masters Degree in Health Professions Education and was a part of the first graduating class for this innovative program

I completed my Maters Degree in 11 months (meant to be completed in 2-3 years), while working full-time as a Family Doctor

Your eye cream is great. Here’s what complements it 👇

🧪PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is made from a small sample of your own blood, spun down and placed under the eyes to help support your skin’s natural collagen production. No filler, no foreign product.

Real talk: it’s not instant. It usually takes a series of sessions, and any changes build gradually.

💬 Curious if it’s right for you? Comment EYES or book a consult through the link in my bio.

⚠️ Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person. Under-eye dark circles and thinning skin can have many different causes. A consultation is required before any treatment to assess the cause of your concerns and whether PRF is appropriate for you. This post is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.
