I said YESSSS!!!! When I say I was surpriseddd, I was literally astonished! Like blown away! Like Kamal really did his big one and stole my heart away…again! Let me tell y’all the back story!…After me and Kamal ran the Broad Street Run I was expecting to go to a house dinner with Melissa and Loren and some other friends, something that was planned like 2 weeks ago! So cut to the chase, after me and Kamal ran the race, I made my way over to Melissa house and I was planning to wear a sweater dress. Melissa and Loren was like it’s grown and sexy, we gotta get dressed dressed. Stilll I’m not thinking nothing of it because most times when we go out Melissa changes up what I have on anyway, so she gave me that beautiful pink dress! So then she and Loren tells me we gotta hurry becuse they are waiting for us to get there to begin all the group activities! So fast forward I get up the steps and I see all my friends and family, hear Musiq Soul Child and see these beautifulllll decorations with Marry Me and Kamal at the end of the isle!!! Omg like when I say dream come true proposal, I mean just that, everything was sooo beautiful and I was just in such shock because the last I remembered, Kamal was still at the house in sweat pants!! Once the shock wore off I was just full of every emotion and tear in the world !!! If there was a time to see what love in the air actually looked like, it was that night!!

That ring is everything I could have hoped for and more! Full of diamonds and crusted with sapphire, my birth stone!

Kamal I just want to say I love you soooo much and thank you for the way you love me! Thank you for being my best friend first! You are the first person I want to call, the first person I want to share my good news with, the first person I want to cry with, laugh with and hold on to. I genuinely enjoy sharing every day with you. Every day is a new memory and a new adventure and I can’t wait to make a life time more with you @iamthecurator! ❤️
