I AM HARDSTYLE
There are moments behind the decks that just hit differently.
This was one of them.

During Show Your True Colors by @djbrennanheart , the track drops into that beautiful, quiet breakdown.

I’m standing on the table beside the decks, looking out over a sea of people.

Eyes closed.
Arms in the air.
Completely inside the music.

And for a few seconds, I just stand there and take it all in.
Then the booming voice comes in:

-= Show your true colors. =-

I...AM..HARDSTYLE!

The reaction from the crowd still gives me goosebumps.

There is something about the message in this track that I have always loved.

Be who you are.
Not who you think you are supposed to be.
Don’t flatten yourself to fit whatever shape everyone else has decided is normal.

Show your true colors.

That idea means a lot to me, both in life and in music.

I have never been particularly interested in playing what I am “supposed” to play.

I want emotion.
I want melody.
I want tension, release and those ridiculous moments of euphoria where something in your chest just opens up.

Genre and bpm matters far less to me than feelings, sensations and emotional journeys.

And standing there, watching that entire crowd surrender to the same moment, then hearing them erupt when the drop came…

Yeah...

That one put a tiny tear in the corner of my eye.
Absolutely beautiful. ❤️

Thank you to @hakonharam for capturing this moment. 🙏
And to @stisema for giving me this opportunity.

Wasn't really planning to drop this one, but with this absolutely mental crowd how could I not. 😬 🫶🔮

6 months of planning. A week of dedicated work from the production team. My dream came true! My own @dronnfest warehouse rave.
Played for 3 hours, 30 of my own tracks, 13 unreleased.
And of course my most streamed track ‘Energy’ which just passed 5M.

Can’t wait for the multi-cam clips @hakonharam 😎❤️🎥
