Just wrapped up an unforgettable weekend at the Montana Tactical Games Regional event! Competing alongside an incredible lineup of tactical athletes was a privilege, and I couldn’t have asked for a better squad.

I took 3 stage wins and took home the gold for the first time! 🥇 All the hard work in the gym and on the range truly paid off.

This was my first event using the Atlas Erebus v3, and paired with the 124g JHP SUPERVEL ammo, I was incredibly pleased with their outstanding accuracy and performance.

Also, a big shoutout to my new JP low mass BCG! After a hiccup with my extractor on the first stage of Day 1, we found a solution, and I’m so grateful to everyone who helped me through that challenge.

A heartfelt thank you to Zev for sponsoring the event and to the ROs and Tactical Games staff for putting together such an amazing experience!

Lastly, massive thanks to Michael Rivers for being Dad’s and my number one fan! Your support and enthusiasm kept us going as you bounced between events capturing all the action.

The athletes don’t see the long hours the staff and volunteers put into each and every event. This is my first year as an RO and I have found a new love and appreciation for the sport and the staff.

This is some behind the scenes of my time RO’ing at the Iowa Regional event. Great people and a great experience. I always wish I was out there competing, but being there with the athletes and the community is so fulfilling in a different way. And plus, as an RO, we vet the stages beforehand so I get to run through most of the stages and that fills my competitor cup enough haha.

Back from RO’ing @thetacticalgames out in Kingman, AZ at @parabellumshootingclub presented by @jprifles —and what a weekend.

Nothing beats working alongside a solid crew, superb support from the range team, and watching everything come together the way it’s supposed to. That’s the real win for me.

The stages weren’t just tough—they were designed to expose limits. And the athletes showed up ready to push past them.

“You only get what you give.” That song has been stuck in my head since the trip. It hits different out here—because everything we put in, every hour, every detail, every rep—it all pays off, not just for us, but for everyone stepping up to the line.

Respect to everyone who showed up and left it all out there. Until the next one. 💪🔥

Stages are up for tomorrow’s USPSA match at Evergreen. Big thank you to the crew that showed up and put in the work to make this happen.

Shout out to our match sponsors: @zeroedammo, @tjohnsonhomesllc, @hall_z16 & @dropbury, and also @sportingsystems2.0 who supported us with a super deep discount a year ago on the Texas Star and mini poppers you’ll be swearing at tomorrow.

See you on the range.
