Just remembered a few things yesterday:

Found Quon in 2019, at the time he sounded foreign because he was speaking about a completely new mindset and talking about stuff I had never heard about before, opposite of everything I thought I knew so I couldn’t understand at the time but like seven years later.. it’s starting to make sense. What one group of doctors labeled as the end, another group was telling me this was just the beginning and gave me so much hope.

That knowledge still helps rewire the physical but i needed to combine everything I learned w my soul/spirit and fully connect everything in order to complete and finish this design. It’s a daily effort that constantly evolves, I’m not tryna restore anything anymore but I am creating something better. I don’t do “therapy” but i’m fortunate to have friends that I can talk to when I’m confused about life and need guidance.

Creating & developing my own support team who I can depend on, has been crucial. When x men & women have my back, I not only feel empowered but look forward to the days when my physical body catches up with this new mentality. New Age manifesting is the same thing as doing what the Bible tells us to do by speaking something into existence, boldly declaring it. Blending both worlds will be interesting but I’m finally looking forward to getting this vessel back into alignment. They obviously found a way to profit from pain and then place labels on people in order to turn a profit off of treatable temporary pain by slapping a label on it when it’s simply just burnout. What some label as a permanent disease, is curable to others.

Thanks to all the friends who’ve stayed present over the years, who act interested in my random health posts and tolerated all my crap. This road’s lengthy but there is hope for those of us out here fighting, I’m learning that the truth is usually the opposite of everything we are taught so remaining open to new information while having discernment is key.

Anyhoo stay tuned 🙏🏽💙♾️

The music is the headline. Performance is the priority.
Back at Cali Roots working with elite artists behind the scenes. 🎶⚡️
When you’re performing night after night, your body has to keep up with the demands. Chiropractic care helps optimize nervous system function, improve recovery, and keep artists feeling and performing at their best.
Grateful to do what I love at the highest level.
