Happy SaturYaY!
After three weeks of travel and three half marathons, I aimed for an easy 10-miler this morning. Back in Florida,🔥🥵♨️ the humidity quickly humbled me. I told my running sis, @authenticona , to push ahead at mile 3 while I switched to walk/run intervals to get back to the car.Thankful for the overcast ☁️ skies and breeze at 77° but that humidity is no joke! Total 8 miles logged. Stay hydrated.💧💦 oooh it was great to see my running peeps along the boardwalk heyyy, some i stopped took pic with my cousin @bru_jay soo proud of you..Afterward stopped at Las America 🇺🇸 said hello ,chatted wuth the no club runners gang. It's been a long time. #runningmotivation #miamiheat #ᴋᴇᴇᴘɢᴏɪɴɢ #dontquit

Our Freshmen Early Immersion program for the Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship was a great success! Our very own Dr. Rita Shea-Van Fossen led an interesting case study where student leaders had to resolve an issue dealing with a cruise line and a natural disaster as a CEO! Everyone had an amazing time, including the faculty, staff, students, and judges at the event! This case allows students to gain real life business experience to prepare students for employment opportunities and professional challenges!
