I’m not sure if many are aware of an incredibly amazing procedure called PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma that is a holistic alternative to tendon pain.
-
I posted the first experience I had with them and it did wonders! From a constant 8.0 pain level (out of 10), I became pain-free for a little over two months. I was scheduled for my second appointment shortly after which was much needed already since the pain was starting to come back to about a constant 4 out of 10.
-
This was done about a month ago and I am still not experiencing any pain at all. I highly recommend this procedure to anyone wanting to avoid anti-inflammatory or steroidal medication.

PRP can also be used to thicken hair follicles and for Vampire aka Micro-needling Facials to stimulate collagen production. 😉

I can’t thank @drronperez enough of My Family Doc for the treatment I had today.
-
I’ve been experiencing consistent pain in my right elbow for a few months now and I have been refusing to take synthetic drugs to ease the pain.
-
Platelet Rich Plasma or PRP is an alternative to steroids which have long-term side effects like liver damage, bloating/swelling and bone degeneration. Blood is extracted then spun in a centrifuge to separate the blood from the PRP and that “Liquid Gold” as it’s called is then injected back into the areas of discomfort and stimulates regeneration.
