'Yoga is not just what you do on the mat. It's also how you are with people around. Your ability to laugh with others, being there for others, opening the heart to spread love and light makes your yoga a complete practice'

Your practice on the mat is a reflection of your practice in life ❤️
- Yogacharya Rakesh

28/2/22: Today marks 1 month since our Deekshanta ceremony and the last day of our life-changing 200 hour teacher training at @samyakyoga. In light of this, here’s a reel we had a lottt of fun making together 😂🔥♥️
After all, how could we let our international friends leave without jamming to some @diljitdosanjh 😜🤷🏽‍♀️
(Also don’t miss @yogacharyarakesh and his veryyy expressive reaction to us making him sit in the middle of all of us 😂)

I love all of you guys so much and I hope we cross paths again soon so we can make more 🔥 reels together 😜♥️

Yogacharya Rakesh explains proper alignment required for the pose

It is a posture that involves deep stretch in the calves and hamstrings. Besides this, the entire body feels stretched while maintaining the pose that ultimately results in making the body flexible.

Stay tuned for more 🙏🏼🤗🙏🏼
