Direct posterior restoration of ETT upper molar.

16 y.o. patient presented with swelling, necrotic pulp and SAP. The tooth was basically floating with a gentle palpation.
Two-visits endodontic treatment with intermittent CaOH in all four canals, followed by a single cone obturation. A standard irrigation protocol including EDTA/NaOCl.

Restorative considerations - in such cases where youngsters are in my chair - a direct approach is always preferable. IPDS prior to building a palatal wall free-hand, using flowables and packable composite (body + JE ). My pre-endo stays as my final, so I do take my time.
Ever X Dentin flow and MD Essentia layered by Tri_laminar concept rules, convex enamel shapes with JE and A1 flowable.

We will brainstorm this particular approach at the end of November, looking forward seeing you all!

First @bio_emulation Symposium as an official BioEmulation member… and what an honor it is to be part of this incredible family. 🙏

I’m also incredibly proud to be the first dentist representing BioEmulation in Germany. This opportunity motivates me even more to keep improving my skills, expanding my knowledge, and pursuing excellence every single day for the benefit of my patients.

I’m especially proud to be part of the amazingly talented @bio_emulation_bg group. Being surrounded by people who constantly challenge, inspire, and support each other is truly something special.

A huge thank you to @pierre_dimitrov @pavel.panov.587 and @radoslav.asparuhov for showing me the path, believing in me, and supporting me throughout this journey. I’m deeply grateful. 🤍

And of course, it is a pleasure to share this experience with my Romanian BioEmulation brother @dr.muresansergiu . 🇷🇴

A special thank you to @dralexrichard @meyersmile and the entire @bio_emulation_fr team for the outstanding organization. Incredible speakers, inspiring lectures, meaningful discussions, and an atmosphere that reminds us all that excellence is a lifelong journey.

Feeling grateful, inspired, and proud to be part of this community. Looking forward to see you all in MADRID!

Early mornings. Late nights. The struggle, the challenges, the hard times. They drive me. Even if I fail, I will continue and become better.
