Wow, I’m still on musical endorphin high after days 2 and 3 of @tomorrowland . I had incredible time meeting and dancing with new friends from all over the world. I’m so grateful to have this experience. 🥰

What an incredible first day at @tomorrowland with old and new friends from around the world! My favorite set was by @sebastianingrosso who played many of my Swedish House Mafia favorites. ❤️🤩🎉

What a great (and toasty!) time in Paris for the first time in 22 years before I head to Belgium for the Tomorrowland EDM festival! @sambacoaching , it was so nice to meet you! Thanks for the terrific 30/30 #bodypump #bodyattack @lesmills workout!

Two other things from last night’s dinner - a fantastic version of Salade Niçoise, including fresh fava beans, Niçoise olives, radishes, tomatoes, artichokes, Mexican super mild peppers (can’t remember their name), tuna, anchovies, green onions, olive oil, basil, and (not my choice) steamed (not hard-boiled) eggs - btw, this is the FIRST TIME I’ve made this kind of egg. Plus a fantastic version of fior di latte gelato from @bravetart . The organic strawberries were *perfect* with the gelato. @bensadenis (author of “The best recipes of Nice”) had perfect judgement in noting that the tomatoes provided all the acid necessary - no vinegar was added. Nor was any kind of salad green included, which Denis Bensa explains is only included in restaurants - but not the true versions of this dish - to stretch out the dish with more economical ingredients.

We had lovely friends (Steve+Steve, Mike and Tina) over for dinner, and I used the practice trying out @bensadenis ‘a excellent recipe for Daube Niçoise and went a few steps further. I made a couple tweaks to the recipe - I marinated the meat for a 24 hours before dredging the meat in flour and browning it, and I added star anise to the mix, which added the exquisite flavors of @lesafari_nice ‘s version. I removed some of the meat to move on to Denis’ ravioli recipe - chopped the meat, then chopped rainbow Swiss chard, mixed that in with Parmesan and eggs for the stuffing, made the dough, rolled it, stuffed it, cooked the ravioli, separated the remaining stew into meat+sauce vs pancetta/morel mushrooms/other veggies, then apportioned everything into bowls. Fantastic dish!

🌀CORE LA - A slice of Tomorrowland

🌈At The LA Historic Park, nestled in between several sections: Heated Rivalry x K-POP x The Gay Wall of China. We had the best Sunday, like, ever. 🍭

☝🏽One for the books, and bed by midnight. A far cry from the old Staircase, DCM and Ministry dayz. Long live techno, house and anything with a 🏇

Arrived for the final set. Kevin de Vries — ARTBAT — Eric Prydz. Nuff said. 🥳

This is LA. Nicest vibe ever. Love you all. No, really. 🫶🏼

This was from a week ago, but the food was so good, I wanted to make sure to share it with friends in Austin who might not have known how delicious the seasonal prix-fixe menus at @birdiesaustin are! We had a truly delicious dinner, and as a bonus, I got to personally greet Congressman Greg Casar and thank him for the incredible job he is doing to protect children across the US from the crazy cruel treatment at the Dilley facility (thanks to both our current Administration and Gov. Abbott).
