OAKLAND — We’re so glad Priceless still happened this year. Equity is still happening too, so you get another chance to dance with your friends and revel in the afterglow of Priceless.☀️🥰🌼

Equity is the False Profit/Priceless community happy hour! Come be together with us. Have a drink or a bite, reunite with old friends, and make new ones.

Wednesday, July 23rd is our post-Priceless edition of Equity! We’re back at 7th West in Oakland, celebrating the Priceless that almost wasn’t.

Not quite there yet for Wildebeets’ set on the first night, or couldn’t stay up late enough to see @drtoast close out the Forest Stage? They’re back at Equity, joined by @thedjtruckstop. 🔊

Free event, kids welcome ✨ See you there 💖

‼️Volume ON‼️🦋🤸🏼‍♀️🍃😊“Concealment to revelation = sheer joy! ~Randy Boyd summed up this moment beautifully!! I GOT HANDSTAND TO CROW Y’ALL!!!!! I used to avoid practicing handstand because I much preferred standing on my head and handstand felt so out of reach. A year or so ago I started throwing in some handstand play OR drills without any upsidedown work in every class and it has truly paid off. I wish I could turn back time and would have not let this pose psych me out and that I could help everyone understand that it can be attainable with a little work every day. I taught one of my favorite private sessions to date yesterday morning and at the end I literally felt like everything was turned on; complete muscle activation! 🔥🔥🔥At the end, I decided to play with inversions a bit and I almost didn’t record. I am so thankful I did, because having this moment and my reaction on film truly makes my heart soar! This is my biggest yogic (physical practice or asana) milestones yet and one that I never thought I would get! I have felt my handstand practice becoming stronger and stronger, but this is the first time I have brought a handstand into an armbalance!! Maybe it was some of that May the Fourth be with you Force or most likely the countless hours of play, practice, and work and dedication paying off!🦋

The new Music For Yoga Teachers playlist on Spotify is up.
Every month I try to curate interesting and unusual music for your practice. My thought is: if it moves me, it's yoga music.
On this latest playlist I've paired modern artists like Boards Of Canada, Aphex Twin, Julianna Barwick, and Lusine with singer songwriters Nick Drake, and Shannon Curtis. I make a point to include traditional musicians like Anoushka Shankar (I also have a major crush on her ☺️). Included are yoga music artists like Desert Dwellers and East Forest on this playlist.
Enjoy!

This. My Favorite yoga mat of all time. It’s an all-in-one miracle kind of mat. Exfoliate, get earthed, heal and moisturize while you practice. This All natural, completely sustainable mat restores and replenishes skin with nourishing sea salts and volcanic earth micro nutrients. It’s natural electromagnetic field powers the body, restores the nervous system and calms the mind. Also features tiny micro organisms to build the intelligence of your skin and microbiome when swallowed. Grounding, cleansing and stain resistant- but best of all this naturally vibrating, pulsating, life enhancing mat is freeeeee

Thank you mama earth .
