🔥 FINISHING THE WEEK STRONG AT ELITE 🔥

What a week.

Started every morning at 6:00 AM with my Danbury Lakers Varsity Football team getting after summer lifts and setting the standard for what it means to be committed to the process. ⚓️🏈

Then it was off to the CIC, where my hard-working adult clients continued to show up, put in the work, and prove that strength, health, and longevity never go out of style. 💪🏼

And every evening, we finished the day at TDF with athletes chasing greatness.

🏅 Youth Athletes
🏈 High School Athletes
🎓 Collegiate Athletes
💪🏼 Private Clients

All working toward one thing…

BECOMING BETTER.

And of course, a huge shoutout to everyone who came out for ELITE Athletic Performance Class this week. 🔥

The energy was incredible.
The competition was real.
The effort was unmatched.

Watching these athletes continue to buy in, compete, and raise the standard week after week is exactly why I love what I do.

Different ages.
Different goals.
Different journeys.

One culture.

⚡️ ELITE. ⚡️

Now it’s time to recover, reload, and get ready to attack another week.

⚡️ FINISHED THE WEEK THE ONLY WAY WE KNOW HOW… WORKING. ⚡️

Big-time day at ELITE Performance Training & Rehabilitation. 💪🏼

🏈 Kansas City Chiefs RB Terion Stewart was back in the building getting after it with his brother and Perkins Pirate middle school athlete, Luke Davlin, for an explosive lower body plyometric power + strength session. The work doesn’t stop at the next level… it only gets more intense. 😤

Also had the opportunity to continue building with the Norwalk High School Varsity Basketball team this week, and I’m telling you right now… the mindset, energy, athleticism, and culture are shifting FAST. 📈

On top of that, all of my private one-on-one clients came in ready to WORK. Adults, athletes, youth, college guys… everybody brought intensity this week and continued leveling up. 🔥

That’s what ELITE is about:
➡️ Building confidence
➡️ Building toughness
➡️ Building athleticism
➡️ Building discipline
➡️ Building WINNERS

We’re not just training.
We’re building a CULTURE. ⚡️

And we’re only getting started…

FINISHING THE WEEK STRONG! 🔥

Another week in the books and the momentum is ONLY going up. From early mornings to late nights — CIC, TDF, athletes, adults, strength work, mobility, speed, everything — the effort this week was elite.

My one-on-one clients showed up with consistency, pushed past comfort zones, hit new reps, cleaned up technique, and kept stacking wins. That’s how real progress is built.

My athletes also came in and brought the ENERGY! Competing, learning, pushing each other, and buying into the work. That’s what separates good from GREAT.

Super proud of every single person that stepped through the door these last few days.

Next week, we APPLY even more pressure. 🚀

Past 2 days = STACKED 💪

Started each morning getting after it with my private clients at the CIC — putting in focused work, building strength, fixing imbalances, and getting better every single rep.

Then shifted gears and locked in with my athletes back in Sandusky in the evenings — speed, power, mobility, strength, discipline. The standard never drops.

This Saturday @ 11AM we’re running it back with my Collegiate/High School ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE CLASS — if you’re a serious athlete trying to level up before season, don’t miss this.
