Dominyka Motiejūnaitė 🇱🇹

Owner of Lithuanian music management agency “Žiauru”, working with a growing roster that includes Free Finga, Katarsis and Angelou, alongside one comedian. Founded in 2023, the agency has already reached the international stage through Eurovision, organised two European tours and has two more underway, while its work at home has included local shows, an arena concert and Lithuania’s Earth Day concert.

Thea Zaitsev 🇪🇪

Working across artist and producer management, sync and publishing, her experience covers many sides of the music industry. Alongside managing and representing talent, she lectures and consults on music publishing, export and songwriting camps, and leads the Music Estonia Managers branch. In 2022, she was recognised as both Manager of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year at the Estonian Entrepreneurship Awards.

Sophia Blume 🇩🇪

From theatre and stage productions to film, TV and advertising, her work in A&R is all about finding and supporting composers across different creative fields. As Head of A&R for the GSA territory at Bosworth Music, part of Wise Music, she works closely with composers on developing their careers, represents her roster internationally and keeps an ear out for exciting new talent along the way.

Tanya Korenika 🇪🇪

With more than 15 years in alternative music, her work spans booking, artist management, touring and concert production, connecting Baltic underground artists with audiences across Europe. She is the founder of Tallinn-based UCE Agency, co-owner of queer-friendly venue HUNGR and a Keychange Innovator. Alongside her work in live music, she is pursuing doctoral studies at Tallinn University, researching gender equality and the Baltic music industry.
