“I was born with music inside me. Music was one of my parts. Like my ribs, my kidneys, my liver, my heart. Like my blood. It was a force already within me when I arrived on the scene. It was a necessity for me - like food or water.” – Ray Charles

“Travel isn’t about the destination, it’s about the people you meet along the way.”

“In a world full of strangers, don’t be afraid to strike up a conversation. You never know who could become a lifelong friend.”

We see and hear quotes like the above on a daily basis; our journey is truly blessed with the most beautiful interactions.

We were heading to Planet Fitness for a short time to exercise 😉 and have a shower and took a u-turn to Best Buy as Jamie had to run in to purchase a new cord for our dash cam. . While sitting there, I heard a very familiar sound. 🥁🥰 Well of course we made another stop to meet this drummer boy. Chester, we loved hearing about your journey and wish you nothing but the best! Thank-you for taking the time to talk with us and entertain us with your awesome drumming. 🥰

Exercise and showers postponed until later as now we’re onto our next stop to meet up with our caravan and lifelong friends. 😍
