I’m on a mission to eat my way through Edmonton, and I’m about to put you on to one of my favourite breakfast spots 🤤

At @shopluckysupermarket, I got a small pho AND a small Vietnamese sub for only $16!! 🍜🥖

I swear I get this combo at least once a week. Breakfast doesn’t always have to be eggs and bacon 😂

Don’t forget to grab a jar of @drunken_pho Vietnamese chili oil while you’re there 🔥 Your pho will never be the same!

Where should I eat next? 👇

Mom made Hainanese chicken and rice today 🤤

One of my favourite dishes she makes. So simple, comforting, and always hits—nothing beats Mom’s cooking ❤️

Been following @natgents YEG-wich Hunt, and this one had me intrigued 🐷🥪

I had to pull up and try this mortadella sandwich for myself. Let’s see if it lives up to the hype 👀🔥

Is @damores_deli serving the best meatball sub in Edmonton? 👀

Tender meatballs, rich sauce, melted cheese, and a perfectly toasted bun—this one definitely lived up to the hype 🤤🔥

Happy National Cheeseburger Day! 🍔🔥

Had to celebrate with a cheeseburger melt and Cajun fries from Five Guys. Hit everything with a spoonful of The OG chili oil and took it to another level 🤤

What’s your go-to burger spot in Edmonton?

🇨🇦 Canadian Owned Business of the Week 🇨🇦

There’s never been a better time to shop Canadian, support Canadian, and discover the incredible businesses being built right here at home. 🍁

So we’re starting something new.

Every month, we’ll feature a Canadian-owned business we think deserves a little extra love — and we want YOU to help us find the next ones.

This week we’re showing some love to @drunken_pho and their Baby Spice Vietnamese Chili Oil. 🌶️🔥. This Chili oil is the best we’ve ever had and the amazing part is they have a variety of options for your preferred spice level!! Over at Laughing Mushroom we’re spice babies but maybe Spicy AF is more up your alley 🫨.

👇 Now it’s your turn: Drop ONE of your favourite Canadian-owned businesses in the comments — big, small, local, online… we want to hear about them!

And don’t use up your whole list today. 😂 This is a monthly feature, so you’ll have another chance every month to shout out another Canadian business you love.

The goal is simple: Canadians supporting Canadians. The more great businesses we share, the more people get a chance to discover them, support them, and enjoy what they’re creating. 🇨🇦❤️

Who gets your shoutout this week? 👇

Had to try the viral crispy shawarma from Jerusalem shawarma 🌯🔥

Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed—it wasn’t crispy at all 😂 But the flavour was still pretty good!

Edmonton, where can I find a shawarma that’s actually CRISPY? Drop your recommendations below 👇

Was craving empanadas, so you know I had to hit up my girl @empanaderia.yeg 🤤🔥

Grabbed chicken pot pie, shawarma, the OG, and some of her birria empanadas. Add a little @drunken_pho chilli oil and DAMN… that hit the spot 🌶️🙌

Edmonton, if you haven’t tried her empanadas yet, you’re missing out! Best in the city if you ask me 👏

Which flavour are you reaching for first? 👀

How would soul food go with our Baby Spice chili oil?

Do I even need to answer that question? 🤤🔥

That smooth garlic, ginger and lemongrass flavour takes every bite to another level—without overpowering the soul food.
