Things that have made my smile this week; small wins edition.
Im finding lack of sleep makes my mood incredibly unstable and feel like im a proper Debbie downer way too often. So I decided to look at my photos to cheer me up & remind myself that there’s been lots of lovely things this week. They don’t need to be massive wins or any big deal; just wee things that have made me feel warm & fuzzy inside.
Yes my jacket pocket has been torn by a dog trying to get a tennis ball that was in there.
Yes you absolutely must go and buy the yoghurt @ssmithy2 you have created a monster 🍎

No more getting caught out in the dark at sunset 🌅✨

These gloves are so handy (sorry 😅) with their high-powered integrated lights. The magnetic torches clip on easily and stay put, such a smart design.

Fully weather-ready and they’ve kept my hands warm through these icy winds 🥶❄️

Well that escalated

My toxic trait is knowing that life is hard, but I’m going to make it harder by signing up for winter HYROX 😬😬😬

Somehow overlooked how much harder HYROX training would be in the colder, darker, wetter months… at least I can actually see where I’m going on run training bcos of @dry_beam 🥳
