***FREE KITTENS!***

Alright everyone so about 5 weeks ago, mom cat Mew had her 5 kittens at the farm. Now, 5 weeks later they're nearly ready to be vetted by our cat rescue of choice @savingsageanimalrescue!

In order of appearance in the video we have 3 female kittens and 2 males:
1st: Mochi (female)
2nd: Sammy (female)
3rd: Lucky (male)
4th: Jacky (female)
5th: Mog (male

They're all doing incredibly well, very healthy, active, interactive, playful, and now litterbox trained, and beginning to ween off feeding from their mama Mew.

They're going to need a number of medical checks, shots, and spaying neutering procedures, plus continued feeding, and general care so we've setup a crowd funding page to help with the care costs for all 6 of them including mama Mew.

Please help us by sharing this video, and the crowd funding page and/or donate to help with all of the care costs! Either way whether you donate or share we very much appreciate it!

Thank you all in helping us to find this kitten crew their forever homes!

Crowd funding link is in the story post!

Spinal adjustments didn’t begin with modern chiropractic. The idea of restoring movement to restricted joints has existed in different forms for centuries.

This conversation explores why mobility, spinal function, and movement matter, especially when pain or stiffness limits how the body performs. Chiropractic care isn’t simply about hearing a “pop.” The focus is on improving joint motion, reducing restriction, and helping the body move more comfortably.

Health isn’t optional. It’s built through the choices you make every day!

The right habits, a strong support system, and fully committing to your health can change the direction of your life. There’s no magic shortcut or perfect route. Progress comes from taking ownership, surrounding yourself with people who support your goals, and consistently doing the work that moves you forward. 💪

Welcome to weird Wednesdays folks...

This exercise is basically a group project between my foot, diaphragm, glute and nervous system.

The Voltra is providing 25 lbs of base resistance, adding chain resistance on the way up and another 5 lbs of eccentric load on the way down, while 24 lbs of imbalanced Gripbell dumbbells hang from resistance bands off the Carbon Flex bar just to make sure nobody gets complacent.

The result?

My foot has to grip the ground, my diaphragm has to create real intra-abdominal pressure, and my trunk has to transfer force without leaking energy everywhere.

It's not an ab exercise.
It's a "get your entire body to cooperate under changing conditions" exercise.

Also known as a very expensive way to find your weak links.
