The moment when you realize that even when you can’t pick yourself up, your people can.

This transition and season of life has challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. But somehow, in the middle of all of it, my friends, family and people have brought me more joy than I can put into words.

If you’re going through it, lean into your people. Let them show up. Let them pull you out of your head. Let them remind you who you are when you forget for a minute.

Community is everything.

To the ones who have carried me, distracted me, checked on me, brought light into the heavy moments, and just fucking showed up… thank you.
