MAKE SOMETHING.
By Day Three, the creators were ready to move from learning to doing.
The day began with Sony Pro Audio, introducing the 16 creators to technology and tools such as the 360 Virtual Mixing Environment, designed to push the boundaries of how music is created, heard, and experienced.
Then it was time to put that knowledge to work.

Inside Studio 6, one of Larrabee’s most legendary rooms, Che Che Alara gave the creators a challenge: start with nothing and make a song.
In just a couple of hours, they wrote, played, arranged, produced, and recorded a track together, with every creator contributing something to the process and Che Che guiding them through it.
No finished song to start with.
No predetermined roles.
Just a room full of ideas, instruments, voices, and a few hours to make something real.
From there, the day opened up to the many sides of what happens after an idea becomes a record.

David Silberstein and Haley Evans of Mega House Music shared their perspective on songwriting, publishing, artist development, and building sustainable careers around music.
Zach Pereyra, GRAMMY-nominated mastering engineer at Larrabee Mastering, brought the creators into the final stage of the process, showing how precision and perspective can transform a finished recording.
And then, inside Larrabee’s studios, Manny Marroquin took the creators through a mixing session, putting them directly alongside the process of shaping a record.

By the end of the day, they hadn’t just talked about making music.
They had made one.
Because access isn’t just about getting into the room.
It’s about having the people, knowledge, technology, and opportunity to create once you’re there.

Day Three: MAKE SOMETHING.

Mon Rovia on Tiny Desk, 2026. — Blessed by this friendship with @monroviaboy that has spanned 10 years and taken many forms. Riddled with dreams, doubts, and overcoming. Mon embodies what it means to alchemize. His art and music helps so many heal and come into their own.
God surely has a hand in this journey. People have been perfectly placed on the path in a way that can only be designed by the divine. I’m thankful to bear witness. 🎈🕊️
