Taking “CAR-dio” very literally today. Don’t worry, we’re building horse-power! 🏎️💨

LETS TALK SOME SQUAT PROGRESSION TODAY!

We’re deep into the season grind, shifting gears and dialing up the intensity to keep the momentum rolling.

* August Camp & Preseason: Laid the foundation by alternating front and back squats on heel-elevated slant boards, scaling from 40% up to an 80% peak.

* Weeks 0–3: Shifted traditional front and back squats from 72% up to 87%, keeping Saturday recovery locked in with RPE Zercher squats and Bulgarian split squats.

* Weeks 4–6: Dialed up mechanical overload, moving to pin and Anderson squats from 75% to a heavy 90% peak, while maintaining our Saturday recovery rotation.

Now, as we hit Weeks 7–9, the progression continues. We’ve leveled up to Hatfield Squats starting at 78% and climbing to a 92% peak. Our Saturday recover will shift now into a choice of Sumo or Conventional Deadlift and Bulgarian Split Squat.

No shortcuts. We keep hammering the posterior chain, protecting the shoulders and neck, building the armor, and most importantly keeping that explosive, game-day bounce alive.

Ready for battle. Let’s work. 😤⚔️
