Happy Closing Day! Have you ever heard the saying “If it’s not one thing, it’s the next?” Real Estate isn’t always what it seems. This transaction definitely goes down in the books as one of the most complex, unique, and elaborate deals I’ve had to date in over eight (8) plus years as a Realtor in Central Florida. To start, I’d like to give a huge shout-out to my confederate, friend, and Real Estate rock star @askrealtorjanna as this was a referral from Tampa. To keep this post as minimal as possible I’d just like to fill you in on some insights regarding this deal. Not every transaction goes according to plan. For reference, this was a probate sale. We were on the verge of foreclosure with the bank seizing our access to the property, water, and power, all while navigating through a massive network of communication amongst the seller(s), their family, attorneys, title company and more. We were under contract for over 90 days! I hate to mention, but we even had to salvage 90% of the flooring from the home flooding right around the time of appraisal, but we did not give up!

I want to give another huge thank you to Karla, the buyer’s agent for keeping her clients at ease while getting all our ducks in a row! We also have another angel on our side, Alina, my savior, and title rep for her patience, perseverance and diligent communication to get this file across the closing table. It truly takes a village to accomplish what some may think is impossible. I’m over the moon and super grateful to have worked with these individuals on this file to help another family be able to call some place “Home”

That being said, I’ve got TONS of new learned experience under my belt to literally do whatever it takes to get the job done. A good realtor is one that can keep a deal alive and make it to the closing table. Looking for a trustworthy, upfront, honest, hard working Realtor in Central Florida? Look no further, let’s turn your dreams into reality. “ we gon’close”! 🔮🏡
