@dtbroughton last week at @thebookshoponthesquare_otley 🙌🏻

David’s live shows really are like nothing else and it was such a privilege to get an invite to this private hometown show. 🙏 I haven’t seen David perform for years and barely took any photos really as it’s the sort of show where you don’t really want to move or make a noise while David is busy with the bewitching!! 😁 But I grabbed a few snaps which hopefully capture some of atmosphere of the show. I’ve seen David play a few times over the years and every time has been a completely unique experience, but always brilliant. 🙌🏻

Beautiful concert from Bloxham Tapes last weekend with David Thomas Broughton and Rob Noyes. This was an absolute joy to experience!✨

Bloxham Tapes are bringing experimental music in all forms, from Bergen and beyond, to the stage. Don’t miss their next concert here on 8. October with The Breedling from the UK (@spalton ) and Bergen’s Knut Helle @pladaskelektrisk ! 🩵

Ahh this was a bit special ✨
So lucky to have a private gig with @dtbroughton. He dropped by mid-UK tour as a treat for friends and family.
Try and catch him in Bradford tomorrow night if you can…

🟡 BLOXHAM TAPES: DAVID THOMAS BROUGHTON & ROB NOYES 🟡

To artister. To forskjellige musikalske uttrykk. Én kveld her på Bergen Kjøtt med Boxham Tapes!

🟡 Dører: 20:00
🟡 Konsertstart: 20:30

Back from @endoftheroad where I've been slinging screen printed posters with fellow designers @tallpaulkelly @tommydavidsonhawley & @lukedrozd.

It's been another great year. It can be hard work at times but we really appreciate just how many familiar faces show up to our poster tent with such infectious enthusiasm for what we do. It's humbling and energising and we couldn't ask for a better reception.

To everyone who bought posters, had a go at printing, shared positivity, brought us ice-cream, or just complimented on the way we treat and roll the posters that we spend so much time creating -- thank you sincerely and we hope to see you again next time.

Musically there were many highlights for me this year: Angine de Poitrine, Colossal Squid, Pulp, Fat Dog, Madra Salach, Gnod, CMAT, 0XN, Anna Von Hausswolff, and David Thomas Broughton.

Big thanks to @simonendoftheroad @bennylocke @laurenjdown and the entire EOTR team for making us feel such a part of the festival and congrats on its 20th year. Here's to many more.

Gx

PS - My CMAT posters sold out but I have a small number put aside which I'll deal with next week when I've done a proper stock take and put my shops back online. Thanks for your patience and understanding while I recover and get back into the swing of regular studio work.
