The season is unlocked. 🔓

Some people leave.

Some people stay and build.

We know which one we are.

The standard remains.
The mission remains.
The climb continues.

We aren’t rebuilding. We’re reloading.

💚💛🦅

26-27 is coming for ya. Thank you Jeff with @customcheerchoreo for a stunning routine.

Reflection.

Being a student-athlete is truly a privilege.

This week, we were fortunate to combine with Etown for UCA Camp, learn from incredible UCA staffers who invested in us, and train in a facility that gave us every opportunity to succeed. We are grateful to Etown for sharing the experience and to the UCA staff for challenging us to grow both as athletes and as people.

Camp is about more than learning material. It’s about learning commitment. It’s about showing up when you’re tired, pushing through when things get hard, and understanding that a team is bigger than any one individual.

As athletes, we dedicate ourselves to a sport that demands time, effort, sacrifice, and accountability. The privilege of wearing your school’s colors comes with responsibility—to your teammates, your coaches, and yourself.

Growth isn’t measured only in stunts, tumbling, or routines. It’s measured in character. In attitude. In work ethic. In whether you choose to rise to the occasion when your team needs you most.

As we leave camp, each of us should take time to reflect:

Did I give my best?
Did I make my team better?
Did I show gratitude for the opportunities I was given?
What can I do to be better tomorrow than I was today?

The opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself is never guaranteed. Appreciate it. Protect it. Earn it.

Onward.

Dear Bluegrass Regionals - thank you. Thank you for being so well organized, communicative, and we loved the new changes with days of D2 and D1.

It’s no secret Bluegrass is where so many powerhouse programs come on their journey to Nationals. Kentucky is so talented and just coming here is an honor.

Today our program made history for North Bullitt - we placed the highest we ever have for Bluegrass Regionals. We took home two 1st Place and one 2nd place (and that was by .3). Y’all. There aren’t enough words for this program, our student athletes, our coaching staff, our gym, our parents, and all our supporters. That’s THREE - 3 bids to Nationals - 3 routines! Another first for us!

Oh, and what a place to announce that Coach Smith is having a baby! Talk about a day!

To our Seniors - every year, you’ve made this program better & stronger. #northovereverything

In her tenure at NBHS she has guided the team to 3 straight KHSAA Regional titles, 3 consecutive trips to the KHSAA State Championship - resulting in a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE and two 3rd place finishes.

Along with UCA Regional titles and placements, under her leadership NBC has won a National title, a Worlds title, 2 top 5 National placements, and 2 top 3 WSCC placements.
