24m’ House. A little story of sun, cloud, and rain. During this photoshoot, we really take our times photographing each part of the house, It’s more of an outing rather than your usual formal photoshoot, small talks, laughter, and the smell of grass filled the air. Usually as an architecture photographer we confused ourself when the weather is unpredictable, Yet that day, somehow… I feel at ease, and instead of complain about the rain, I embrace to get the chance to feel the house in different weathers. Meski waktu dan jaman berganti.. namun ada yang Ditanggoeng Tida Loentoer dari semangat menulusuri 'atlas' desain visual vintage Indonesia ini.. Kalo mau tahu sekilas lebih lanjut, yuk ikut Paman dengan geser image karosel ini satu per satu, kita ikut telusuri dan tengok isi pameran @ditanggoengtidaloentoer karya Pak @tanzilhermawan dibantu @madcahyo yang masih berlangsung hingga akhir bulan ini di @artjog.id 2026 di Jogja National Museum, DIY Yogyakarta. Karena Paman beberapa waktu yang lalu alhamdulillah diajak Pak @tanzilhermawan, creative director @leboye, untuk bantu-bantu keroyokin proyek desain, pracetak, launching buku dan pameran ini bersama teman-teman kolaborator lainnya. Ditanggoeng Tida Loentoer lah kerennya semua desain Yang ada di sini, baik desain grafis, desain pameran 2 dimensi, 3 dimensi, desain video animasi motion graphic & video profile serta printing hasil kolaborasi desain dan arahan kreatif dari @leboye Pak @tanzilhermawan langsung dengan @studiowoork @woo_io & @farhanelo dan @praktik.praktik @garyanesyulius @drunktoshi @kkatttter @nes_____a @jey.melita desain stand pameran kreasi @duastudio Dimas Satria desain animasi motion graphic dan artificial intelligence dari @miebisikoki, desain video artist profile dari @grafismasakini, hasil cetak buku dari printer @harapanprimaprinting hasil cetak dari aneka material repro artefak display pameran dari @rediprint_factory serta kualitas kertas buku dari @paperina_dwijaya ini semua.. Sekilas, instalasi ini dipenuhi label kemasan, kop surat, dan iklan serta poster lama. Di tangan Hermawan Tanzil (@tanzilhermawan ) dan para kolaborator, arsip keluarga tentang bisnis percetakan di Bandung abad ke-20 menjadi titik berangkat untuk menelaah kembali bagaimana budaya visual Indonesia yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi dan menghidupkannya kembali dengan cara yang relevan dan segar. 🗂️ — At first glance, this installation is filled with packaging labels, letterheads, and even old advertisements and posters. In the hands of Hermawan Tanzil and his collaborators, a family archive of a 20th-century printing business in Bandung becomes a starting point for reconsidering how Indonesia’s visual culture is passed on and reinterpreted across generations, giving it new life in ways that remain relevant today. 🖨️ Hermawan Tanzil feat. Ditanggoeng Tida Loentoer exhibition at @artjog.id is now officially open to the public. Come and experience the visual history of Indonesian graphic design through more than 500 visual artefacts collected from 87 cities across 20 provinces. From trademarks, labels, and packaging to logos created between the 1920s and 1960s, the exhibition reveals how visual culture evolved long before graphic design was recognized as a profession or academic discipline. You can also explore and experience our newly launched book, which brings together years of research and documentation into a single volume.
