I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to spend last week at @cliconservatory. It was honestly hard not to be in awe of everyone in the room. All of the faculty were so gracious and I feel that I really improved because of their support. Thank you to @teddyforance for curating such an inspiring intensive, it was an amazing experience🤍

Somebody To Love ♥️

This was one for the books.

This performance earned 1st Overall Advanced Teen Solo @turnitupdance 🥇

I could go on about @dubbieq , but I’ll just say this: a dancer who understands the assignment beyond words and backs it up with an incredible work ethic is rare, especially at this age. I’m so grateful to work with a student like her.

While I’ll miss this one, I can’t wait for what we create together next season.
Much love ♥️

Celebrating nearly one year of In Process ⚡️

I founded In Process as a movement research lab to create a personalized space for emerging artists to explore, experiment, and discover their voices through guided improvisation, composition, and collaborative movement practices.

Designed to bridge the space between pre-professional and professional, In Process invites dancers, actors, and multidisciplinary artists to step outside of expectation and the pressure of product and embrace creative process with curiosity.

Each lab is shaped by the original voices and experiences of the artists in the room, creating a collaborative environment where new ideas, movement, and perspectives can emerge.

In Process can be brought to studios, universities, companies, festivals, and arts organizations, adapted to meet the needs of each community.

Nattys 26!! 🎉🔐

My first nationals in the books and definitely something I will never forget.

To my teammates: we did it! Thank you so much for motivating me to be my best self and spreading so much happiness all the time. I love dancing with you guys so much and to the seniors I will miss you SO SO MUCH please come back and visit!! I’m so grateful to be apart of this team with all of you 💝

To my teachers: I wouldn’t be here without you. The amount of trust and support given to me within these past two years has made me not only a better dancer, but a better person. So much love for all of you and I can’t wait for next year! 🥰 @dancemixxstudionj

This week wouldn’t be complete without @turnitupdance ! Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to grow and perform with my best friends by my side!
