“The whole universe is your body.”
— Lorin Roche, The Radiance Sutras

Yoga invites us to become more intimate with the experience of being alive.
To feel the breath.
The body.
The ground beneath us.
The space around us.
Not to escape ourselves, but to come home to ourselves.
To notice what’s here, rather than always looking for what’s next.

“You are the universe experiencing itself.”
— Alan Watts

A reminder that we are not separate from life,
We are part of it.
The breath.
The body.
The earth beneath us.

Take a breath.
When the world asks so much of you,
give yourself a moment to simply be.

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the Self.”
— Bhagavad Gita

So many times I hear people say, “I’m not flexible enough for yoga.”

But yoga was never about being flexible.
Yoga is for everyone. It’s not about how the pose looks, how far your body can move, or creating the perfect aesthetic.

It’s a journey inward — a chance to slow down, breathe, listen, and reconnect with yourself.
The physical practice is only one part of it. The real journey is within.

Returning to the self, one breath at a time.

The practice is not to perfect the pose, but to quiet the noise enough to hear what is within.

@seraplantbar ☕ — one of the few places in Constanța with a completely different kind of energy.
Great coffee, calm atmosphere, and the perfect spot to get some work done when I need a change of scenery.
