Rollerblading with people of all nationalities and backgrounds living in Dublin 🇮🇪🛼⛸ Enjoy, fall, laugh and keep skating! - EST. 2013

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My learn-to-skate class usually focuses on the very basics like getting up and finding balance, skating forward and backward and stopping, but this group has been absolutely smashing their goals like.. just look at everyone flying around in the back?!!?
Because of that, we've been able to level up a bit and started playing around with The Hez. This is a fantastic move for beginners to learn how to shift their weight, coordinate their footwork and find their rhythm. These are all skills that build the foundations for more complex moves like barrel rolls and give them a great baseline for jam skating 💞 can't BELIEVE we've only one week left 🥲

Well Madam President… we might have something in common. 🇮🇪🛼

I saw this video of you saying that you love rollerblading, and I couldn't resist.

I'm an Irish Skate Cross athlete, and on Sept 24th I'm flying to Asunción, Paraguay, to represent Ireland at the World Skate Games.

Skate Cross is probably a slightly different kind of rollerblading than what you had in mind… 😅
But as someone who loves the sport, I thought you might enjoy knowing that an Irish rollerblader is heading to the other side of the world to compete for Ireland.

So, Madam President…
I'll be flying the flag 🇮🇪
Wish me luck! 🛼💚

If you know someone who works around Áras an Uachtaráin, tag them so they can pass this on 👇🏼

People see the race and the results. They don't see the unseen hours, the doubt, the isolation, and the weight of carrying an international campaign completely solo on pure grassroots grit.

This is what it actually takes behind the scenes to represent Ireland at the World Skate Games in Paraguay. 🇮🇪🛼

We are in the final 6-day push to close out our campaign. If you believe in backing independent athletes who do things the hard way, let’s cross this finish line together.

You don't always need more motivation.

Sometimes you need a switch.

For me, that's the GREEN GOBLIN.

Not a costume.

Not a character I'm pretending to be.

It's the version of me that stops overthinking and starts attacking.

Speed.
Precision.
Aggression.
Control.

🇮🇪

When you enter your own zone, who do you become ?

The Olympic Games of wheel sports. 🌍🛼🇵🇾

This October in Asunción, Paraguay, the World Skate Games will bring together over 10,000 athletes across 13 distinct wheel sports representing more than 100 nations.

And I am officially the only Irish athlete of the event, carrying the tricolour solo onto the global stage in Skate Cross. 🇮🇪⚡

Getting here hasn't come with a state budget or a massive corporate sponsor. It’s been built on raw hustle: coaching surf by day, painting fine art by night, and relying on an incredible community to back the journey.

We are currently sitting at 91% of our crowdfunding goal with just 13 days left to close the gap and lock in the final gear and travel costs.

Let’s show the world what Irish grassroots grit can do when it reaches the starting line.

👉 Hit the link in my bio to back the campaign, claim an original art print, or secure your name on my race helmet in Paraguay! ☘️✨

They told me to pick one path: professional sport or fine art. So I put them together. 🛼🎨

Representing Ireland as the sole athlete at the World Skate Games in Paraguay this October. Because extreme sports receive €0 state funding, every brushstroke on wheels helps fund the journey.

We are officially at 89% of our crowdfunding goal with 15 days left!
