Got the old girl up in the air today 🚗💨

Giving her a proper thorough check underneath, seeing exactly what’s what and making sure everything’s solid and secure. Can’t hide anything when she’s up there!

Taking the time to do it right, impeccable service from @dubunit.co.uk

Well she's finally driven home after a few years of being a trailer queen.

I can't believe I built this car in this single garage. Started 19 years ago, probably took 6.5 years of evenings and weekends to build. So glad I can now just jump in and go for a drive.

What a great day out at the 1st Invte show for Shadowsport at Curborough Sprint Course today.

Somehow managed to pick up best OEM with the Rallye Golf.

Some amazing cars on show. The red Edition 30 near me was amazing and the Green Jetta.

Was also nice to deput the Air ride install me and Ted from Teddy's Customs fitted to Neil and Ethan's 350Z

What a great afternoon at The MK2 Golf owners meet at Curborough Sprint Course. Took the opportunity to get some nice pics of the Rallye out on the track after the group photos.

Took my helmet with me so I could maybe get some passenger rides around the track tomorrow

So I've been a bit quiet this week as I've been trying to get my old Rallye Golf back on the road. Needed a bit of love.

I managed to change the fuel filter, the cracked fuel pipes and the fuel that had been sat in the tank for quite a while.

Also needed a couple of front tyres as these were dated 2014. Nankang AS-1's in a 195/40/17 give just the perfect stretch on the 8.5x17" BBS CH's
