💔🇵🇸 **A plea for help from Gaza**

My friends, I’m writing to you with a heart full of sadness. My family and I are living through extremely difficult circumstances in Gaza. We struggle every day to find enough food and meet our most basic needs. 😔💔

We are asking for your kindness and support. Even a small donation of $1 could help us buy food and get through another difficult day. 🙏🥺

Please don’t ignore our plea. If you cannot donate, sharing our story could help us reach someone who can. Every act of kindness means so much to my family and me.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who stands with us. May God bless you and reward you for your kindness. ❤️🫂

I swear to you, we are not asking for the impossible… 💔😭 We just want to live like everyone else, to laugh without fear, to sleep without terror, and to grow older without war stealing everything from us. 💔🇵🇸😭

War 2008–2009 💔 | War 2012 💔 | War 2014 💔 | War 2019 💔 | War 2021 💔
War 2022 💔 | War 2023 💔 | War 2024 💔 | War 2025 💔 | 2026… still living with fear and pain. 😭🙏🏻🇵🇸

💔 My children are living in darkness. Please help us! 😢

It’s only 5:30 PM, and it’s still daylight outside, but as you can see, our shelter is already very dark. Soon, it will be completely dark, and I won’t be able to properly feed my twin babies or care for my little girls.

All I need right now is a small lamp to light up our shelter and give my children a little comfort and safety. Please, don’t leave us alone in the darkness. Help me buy a lamp as soon as possible. 🙏💔

*My name is Tariq, and this is my little brother Hassan. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Life in Gaza📍 🇵🇸 has become incredibly difficult for my family. We live through fear, displacement, and a constant lack of basic necessities. We have endured so much pain, but despite everything, I try to stay strong for my family and especially for my little brother Hassan.

When I look at Hassan's face, I see innocence, hope, and a child who deserves to grow up in safety, happiness, and peace. He deserves a childhood without fear, hunger, or suffering.

I am sharing our story because I want the world to see that behind every difficult story, there is a family with dreams, feelings, and a desperate hope for a better future.

To my friends around the world, please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥺🥺 keep my family in your hearts. Your kind words, support, and willingness to stand beside us mean more than you can imagine. Even the smallest act of kindness can bring hope to a family struggling to survive.

*All I want is for my little brother Hassan and my family to live in safety, dignity, and peace❤️‍🩹😭😭

THE BREAD IS NEXT.
The head of Gaza's Bakers Association is warning that flour stocks are completely depleted — a 100% shortage. Only 7 of Gaza's 20 bakeries are still open, and they could close within 48 hours if no flour enters. Bread queues are already forming.
And at the very same moment, the World Food Programme — the source of the only flour left in Gaza's markets — is cutting assistance for over half a million people. Community kitchens drop from 250,000 hot meals a day to 150,000.
This is how a famine is built: close the crossings, empty the warehouses, cut the aid — then call it a crisis as if it fell from the sky. It didn't. Every step of it is a decision.
Last night a mother in Gaza told me her children fall asleep crying, wishing for a simple piece of plain bread. In 48 hours, there may be no bread left to wish for.
Don't look away. Share this. Be their voice. 🤍

In #Gaza…🇵🇸

Hunger is merciless
The cold gnaws at bodies, in tents unfit for habitation
And disease knocks on every tent… But the pain there is not singular…

It has many faces

#Children without food clothing or education

#Fathers standing helpless before their families' needs
Elders worn down by illness
and unable to find medicine

#Women facing oppression
with indescribable patience

#Pregnant women awaiting the moment of birth amidst fear and limited resources

Students whose dreams have been lost between

hunger and exhaustion…
There…Life has become a
daily battle for survival.

Do not leave them alone…
Your donation is not just money

It is food for the hungry
Warmth for the shivering
Medicine for the sick a future for students
And hope for a human being waiting for someone to extend a helping hand

Be a reason for alleviating their suffering… Even with a small contribution

Ezz is still a baby, only 11 months old. He knows nothing of the world but his mother's embrace, and he doesn't understand why he goes through the day without enough food. He looks at me with his innocent eyes, as if asking, "Mama, why am I hungry? When will I be full?" 💔 The hunger has broken my heart, and the inability to meet my child's needs is a pain only a mother can truly understand—a mother who sees her little one in need and cannot provide what he needs. All I wish for is to see Ezz fed, to provide him with milk and food, and to see him laugh and play like other children.

Please, don't forget my baby Ezz in your prayers and ask for your help. We desperately need someone to lend a hand. Even a small contribution could mean so much to us and help me provide food and milk for my little boy. 😭🤲
