Moving to Copenhagen this summer was a whirlwind, but the lovely community here has made it all worthwhile.
Just a sweet reminder to slow down, look up, and appreciate the wonderful people around you. 🫶🏾

It’s time for another Open Studio as part of the KDS Residency Program!

We look forward to welcoming you this Friday, September 18, from 16:00–17:00 in the Erik Aschengreen Studio.

This round you’ll meet:

✨ Chloe Avo Holm & Agnes Heshe Moeslund //
DU GØR MIG LAM! Kære skam......
is a raw and poetic performance about boundaries. The ones we feel, the ones we cross, and the ones crossed for us.On stage, author Chloe Avo Holm and dancer Agnes Heshe Moeslund meet in an intense interplay between words and body. Here, language and movement converge, exploring the moments when the body expands the meaning of the words while exploring when the words are strongest alone.
Through dance, text and music, we enter the restless landscape of youth: the urge to push boundaries, the struggle to find our own, and the traces left behind when someone else crosses them.
But the body remembers. And somewhere between what hurts and what we carry, something begins to shift.
“A performance about what hurts. What stays with us. And what becomes possible when we dare to let it change.”

✨ Gustavo Gomes // Priapos
Priapos is a visceral meditation on masculinity, power, territory, and the fragile tension between the body’s impulse to erect itself and the political forces that make it shake and fall.
The residency at København Danser Studios provided the opportunity to develop the first part of Priapos, which forms part of the full-evening work Fascinations, premiering in early November at the Vorbrenner Festival in Innsbruck, Austria.

✨ Nikoline Due // More Info Coming!

As always the event is free to the public 💕!
