3 REASONS WHY YOUR CLIENTS ARE NOT INVESTING IN YOU 😱👇👇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ Confidence.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ They don’t have the confidence in you that you will get them the result that you are promising them.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Clarity. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Your potential clients don’t really know what it is that you’re offering them. “Sounds good but I’m not sure, is this going to help me?”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Certainty.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Along with confidence, they get this from YOU. That they are in the right place and this is exactly what they need. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All these have to come through in your posts, content, videos, DMs, what you’re selling and in conversations you are having!!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ People will feel this energetically and that’s when they’ll buy. Until you get to this you will struggle to get the sales.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Be the model not the mirror.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📣 Make sure you join my FREE visibility mini course starting 14th Dec. ARE YOU SABOTAGING TOO?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The thing with sabotage is many a time it is a sneaky mofo.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My coach asked me to look at the different ways I say no to my dreams and guess what I didn’t want to do it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Because then I couldn’t pretend anymore.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then I would have to do something about it or admit that I wasn’t going to be able to step into all of the things that I said I desire because I wasn’t prepared to show up fully for myself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What were the biggest sabotage patterns running in my field?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Fear of success A.K.A if people say yes to me I actually have to deliver. Do you relate?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m too busy A.K.A ever get those times where you just so freaking the busy, that you can’t do the one thing that you know is actually the thing that is going to make a difference? Yes? That’s a sabotage pattern.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wanting to control everything - how people perceive me, how I might receive payment for something, or when.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ OOh, these sneaky little mofos.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In the past it would have been really easy to beat myself up over these things as my inner critic would have told me that I was a fake, not good enough, ‘must do better.’ I would swim around, almost drowning the negativity that this energy brings with it.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But that is not my life anymore.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now I get to celebrate catching these patterns because now I have tools that I didn't have in the past, that can burn these little mofos down to the ground in record time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How do I do it?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Step one - Awareness⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Step two - Alchemize the old patterns.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Step three - re-ignite the vision.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Step four - re-activate the 7 stages of manifestation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (continued in the comments)

CONFESSION TIME: I CANNED A LOAD OF CONTENT THIS WEEK. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🙅🏾‍♀️ A lot of what I'd written, podcasts I had recorded, just didn't feel appropriate to post anymore. 🤷🏾‍♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You know, most of the time batching is a great idea.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can get yourself into a right-brained, creative space where all the juices are flowing, and say exactly what your dreamboat clients will want, and need, to hear throughout any given month.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You know what problems they're having and how to solve them.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You know what they're struggling with, and are able to create content with tips, tricks, tools and techniques to support them.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But whilst it's good to be proactive with your messaging - what's great, is to be REACTIVE too. ☝🏾⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ To respond to changes in your ideal client's lives, by pivoting your messaging so that whatever they read from you is not just mindful... but helpful, and useful. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It's important to me that I am adaptable to what's going on in the world right now, otherwise I don't feel like I'm serving you amazing humans to the best of my ability.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm interested to know what you need the most support with right now, so be sure to let me know in the comments below.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'll be going live at 8pm on my FB page to talk about one of the key messaging mistakes to avoid right now. If you have people you know you can help AND let's be real you don't want, or can't afford, to shut the doors on your business right now, see you later this evening. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ FAITH + ACTION = MIRACLES⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #mindset #masteryourmindset #coaching #personalgrowthcoach #balanceyourlife #freedomliving #personalgrowthanddevelopment #worklifestyle #balanceisthekey #freedombusiness #freedomlife #mindsetmentor #mindsetting #masteryourmindset #coachingforlife #entrepreneurism

PAY ATTENTION TO THE WORDS YOU'RE USING. 👄 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I was growing up there were some things I thought super positively about and was able to articulate - like feeling super lucky to have been blessed with two sets of parents. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But there were other things that I needed to learn how to talk to myself about because, since sentences like...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 'We can't afford it.'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 'We've got just enough to...'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (Which as I got older morphed into the likes of...)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 'I'm just not creative.'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 'I'm not academic.'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 'I never finish anything.'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 'I'm just no good at that.'⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Were imprinted into my psyche.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🙄🙄🙄⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I said shizzle like this on the DAILY.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And so I'm writing this post because I wonder whether you experience this too?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🤓 If you aren't book smart, do you ever tell yourself that you aren't clever enough to have a million dollar idea?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏚 Or if you're from a council estate, do you tell yourself that you don't have the money to start up never mind scale?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💰 Or, if you've only worked front of house waitressing or behind the bar, or in an office job, do you tell yourself that you wouldn't know how to run a business, even if you tried? Even if you did have the idea and the money to back it up?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've said all of this and worse, but here's what I know to be true. When I changed the way I started speaking to myself, I changed the way I started behaving. When I changed my behaviour, I started notices miracles. Everywhere.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So, let's start playing a new game. I want you to start speaking your success into existence. 📣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let me know what you're good at - what you're GREAT at or you're learning to be better at every single day down in the comments.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Go on. Do it! ⬇️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Faith + Action = Miracles

WHY I'M NOT FOLLOWING ANYONE ON INSTA. 🙅🏾‍♀️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Not to be preachy, but - we wouldn't eat McDonald's 24/7, would we? Because we know it's bad for our bodies.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So why is it that so many of us watch sooo much trash TV, read so many mags and rags that do NOTHING but pull other people down, and follow influencers on social media that make us feel 💩 about ourselves when we know it's bad for our minds and souls?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I'm 'guilty' of this 'sin' too, sometimes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Especially following people on social that don't inspire me to do better or be better.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And so last week I made the bold decision to stop following EVERYONE on Instagram for a month.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Yes, everyone.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And this is definitely NOT good growth strategy, FYI, so please don't think I am trying to implement the next big thing - because I'm not! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But what's more important to me than growing my account? Or being kept in the loop? Removing distractions. Not putting my time and energy into anything that isn't going to move me in the direction of my dreams.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One week in, and I am freaking BEAMING. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've been firmly focussed on my personal and professional growth instead, and for sure am seeing results. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So if you're anything like me and good quality content that provides ACTUAL value is what you're looking for right now. If you're sick of reading crappy newspaper and magazine articles, crappy blog posts, crappy social media captions... listening to crappy things on the radio and crappy podcasts... watching crappy TV shows and films... stop doing what your doing and choose to look no further, because I have something JUST FOR YOU. ❤️ (Continued in the comments)
