Wow. What an absolute honour to be awarded top Bar/Bartender company for the 2023 Ottawa Wedding Vendor awards. ✨🥂

I can’t begin to express how grateful and humbled I am that people took the time to nominate us. This little dream of owning our mobile bar truck has turned into this amazing reality - it has created memories, it’s allowed us to gain new friends and “friendors”, and it has been the best life journey to date.

We cannot wait to share our little Tappo this summer with all our amazing clients! Cheers to all who were awarded- it was so well deserved! 🤍🤍🥂

✨2023 WEDDING OF THE YEAR WINNER✨

I could hardly believe the news when I read that the wedding of my amazing clients, Katie & Ryan, was selected as this years “Wedding of the Year”!

The honour of this award, which is based on peer voting under strict guidelines, feels so special to receive. I am humbled to have my hard work recognized this way.

It takes a team of professionals to design and execute the perfect wedding. I would not be able to create dream weddings without the extraordinary Ottawa vendors!

To the professionals who continue to heed my crazy ideas and help me pull off miracles - thank you, thank you, thank you! I couldn’t do it without you.

To the clients who continue to trust me with their visions and invite me into their lives to create and share their special days - thank you, thank you, thank you! It is a true honour and joy to be a part of your favourite memories!

Very special thank you must go out to the fabulous vendor team that came together to create the ✨magic✨that was Katie & Ryan’s wedding day:

Wedding of the Year

Seeing the vision our brides have had leading up to their big day come to life and be recognized by industry professionals as a true work of art gives us all kinds of fuzzy feelings 🤍

We got to see our beautiful Katie looking incredible in her dress several times leading up to her day in September of 2022, but nothing could prepare us for the absolutely breathtaking moments captured by @tracy.grace

The way that wedding vendors come together to execute a day like this for so many deserving couples can only be described as magic 🪄

Absolutely thrilled to share that Katie + Ryan’s wedding won “Wedding Of The Year” chosen by our Ottawa wedding vendor peers. ✨🙏🏻

I’ll be honest. I’ve steered clear of “awards” the past 10 years. Many are just general public popularity votes ( as in harassing your 300 extended cousins to vote for you every day for a month regardless of quality of work. I’ve actually seen people make top 10 lists that haven’t been in service for years 😂 ). I don’t like being annoying and I’ve always just hoped my work speaks for itself.

But this award I’ll humbly and gratefully accept knowing it’s coming from the best of our local industry, who’ve seen it all over the years. I wouldn’t still be in this industry without the support and love from my friendors. It’s always a joy to photograph their art ( makeup / hair / florals / decor etc ) and their professionalism and experience make wedding days more enjoyable and stress free for everyone - especially our clients.

Katie + Ryan - Thank you for trusting us all so much on your big day, and for being so incredibly kind. You made it easy 🤍 We love ya!

Here are a few more images from K + R’s wedding day. Any excuse to share. Please check out all the talented vendors below:
