Rolling into the third week of the season and we’re taking things up a notch! We’ve got four opening parties planned plus our in-house signature events – y’all ready for this? We kick off Mondays with all the fun and frolics you came to know and love last season – that’s nametags on the door, top secret special guest DJs, no phones on the dancefloor and plenty of surprises. Then on Tuesday, we recover in Plaza Mayor, with the Bathtub Club open for anyone who’s still got some dance left in them! On Wednesday night, have those dancing boots at the ready because house music maestro David Morales is back in the house (more specifically, Freddies) for the first of his all night long dance music masterclasses this year. The award-winning fiesta that is Back To Mine also celebrates its opening this week, and there’s a host oftalent programmed in each and every area throughout Pikes, culminating with Eats Everything, Fat Tony, Dul and Paul Harris (Dirty Vegas) taking over Freddies until the very early hours indeed. The locals (and the ladies!) favourite, Melon Bomb, returns on Friday night and as always, we expect this Opening Party to be a roadblock, so be sure to arrive early if you want to catch the boys in action, alongside special guest Olive F. We’re well into the swing of things with our Saturday night Pikes House Party already, and round three is looking mighty fine! Catch the Pikes House Band on the Sunset Terrace, band and Horse Meat Disco, strut to the sounds of Jo Mills and Defex in Plaza Mayor, go balls-deep in the Bathtub Club with Luca Averna and don’t miss Horse Meat Disco in Freddies. Save some energy for Sundays at Pikes – the day that’s a marathon, not a sprint. Sip your favourite cocktail by the pool, chow down on a roast dinner in the Pikes Restaurant, mix and mingle in Plaza Mayor and then spend the end of the week beneath the Freddies discoball, dancing your heart out to Benji B and Simon Morell. And then wouldn’t you know it, it’s Monday all over again, complete with top secret, super special guest DJs, more fun, more frolics, more fabulousness… we do hope you can join us!
