So… why does Duluth keep ending up on people’s North Atlanta moving lists? 👀

There’s actually more to it than just “it’s a suburb of Atlanta.”

Here are 5 things that make Duluth worth a closer look if you’re considering a move to Gwinnett County:

🍜 THE FOOD
Duluth has one of the most interesting international food scenes in North Atlanta. Korean BBQ, ramen, pho, bakeries, international markets, coffee shops… you can get a LOT more than your standard suburban chain restaurant.

📍 THE LOCATION
You’re close to Atlanta, I-85, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Peachtree Corners and other major North Atlanta destinations, while still getting that suburban feel.

🌳 THE OUTDOOR LIFESTYLE
Parks, trails, green space and places to get outside make it easy to have a life beyond your four walls. And yes, sometimes you actually need somewhere to take the kids when they’re climbing the walls. 😂

🏡 THE HOUSING OPTIONS
This is one of the things I think people overlook. Duluth has a pretty wide range of housing — from more attainable homes to larger homes and luxury properties in gated communities. The meidan sales price of a 3 bedroom home right now is $392,000. So your options aren’t limited to one price point or one type of lifestyle.

🎶 DOWNTOWN DULUTH
The Town Green, restaurants, concerts, festivals and local events give Duluth a downtown that people actually use. It feels like somewhere you can go spend an afternoon or evening rather than just a collection of shopping centers.

And that’s really the bigger point:

There isn’t one “best” Gwinnett County city. It depends on what you want your day-to-day life to look like, your budget, your commute and what matters most to you.

If you’re thinking about moving to North Atlanta and you’re not sure whether Duluth, Suwanee, Sugar Hill, Buford, Lawrenceville or another Gwinnett city makes the most sense for you, I can help with that.

👇 Comment “MOVE” and I’ll send you a quick questionnaire that helps narrow down which Gwinnett city could be the best fit for what you’re looking for.

No pressure. Just a few questions to help you stop scrolling through 47 different suburb

Duluth, you SHOWED UP. 💙

What a weekend at the Duluth Fall Festival. From hometown totes and a packed booth to hundreds of conversations with our neighbors, this is exactly what community healthcare should feel like: local, personal and human.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, met our team, scanned in, grabbed a tote and spent a little part of your weekend with North Atlanta Primary Care. We loved meeting you. 🫶

Because healthcare doesn’t start when you’re sick. It starts with knowing there’s a care team nearby who’s ready when you need them.

📍 Proud to care for Duluth + communities across North Georgia

💙 Accepting new patients

🚶 Walk-ins welcome

See you at the next one.

This beautiful customer purchased her top last year @duluthfallfestival and came to my booth this year wearing it 💕. She brought her friends and she purchased another top! Thank you so much 🫶

I get a lot of repeat customers. And I get visited by former customers who come to say hi 👋. I love this because it lets me know that what I create and make is enjoyed. I want to make quality pieces that can be worn many times for many years.

Thank you to her and all the other previous customers who come back to my booth. It’s the best feeling to see your wonderful faces again and again 💗

We were excited to play for the downtown Duluth Fall Fest. It was even cooler than we imagined it might be. Great volunteers, fabulous acts bookending our set, and a wonderful urban space serving up great food, art, and entertainment. A++
