Coming back to Italy was a lot, and burnout hit me hard. I asked Giulia if we could do something together, and that’s how @duosable born. We started documenting what we did together—cooking. What began as a joke is now bearing its first small but mighty fruits, and we’re grateful for so much.

First, thank you to food—the best fucking thing I know. I hope my life is always as full of it as possible. I’ve seen food heal and bring joy to so many people lately, including me. Thank you, especially, to Giulia—she knows why. And thank you to everyone who’s been supporting us: mamma Camilla, Julie, Silvia, Gaia, Tex, Francesca, Bonto, Chiara and all the people that ate our food. Thanks to Emma that always pushed me to do something related to food and she stays by my side even from a far. I’m incredibly grateful to have you all by my side; none of this would be happening without you.
