Last weekend @noahs_cycling was invited to ride as a guest rider for the @asapcycling pro team at the @durbie_dash Road Race.

A lot was learnt in such a short period of time. His role was that of a domestique, protecting his team mates position in the bunch, covering attacks and offering assistance wherever he could. A big milestone for Noah and the DSV SHIFT Acadmey.

Well done Noah 🔥

Like a pig in mud.

The @megamobicycles Silk SLR01 was faultless in some pretty terrible conditions at @durbie_dash and the @tufotyres_sa Thundero HD 48c tyres were the right choice for the day.

@knipe_racing giving the bike some serious TLC after the mud - best in the business.

This is the exact moment when the Durbanville trails turned me into a human mud guard. 🌧️💩 27km of pure, slippery chaos at the Durbie Dash!-Doing what i love 😜

Perfect rainy weather 🌦️

I arrived late for the race @durbie_dash and my group had already left, so I had to start with Group AL. 🚴🏿‍♂️🚴🏿‍♂️

I’m happy with how I rode, though I unfortunately had a crash with just 7 km left to reach the finish line.🏁

Scraped up but smiling—getting hurt is just part of the game. Proud of the effort anyway! P18 🙌❤️

@durbie_dash was a mudfest but it was fun. Abandoned competing and decided to just get to the end in one piece or what was left of that one piece😅. But it was a good day all round.

Wet and wild 🥶🌧

Made the breakaway of the day and tried to slipt it up but it came back together💥

🥉overall from a reduced bunch sprint, big thanks to the boys for the all help🫡

🚴‍♂️ WHAT A WEEKEND AT THE DURBIE DASH! 🌧️💙

What an incredible privilege to be part of the Durbie Dash! As one of the main sponsors, NMI Ford N1 City got to experience the action in our own unique way — driving the lead vehicles, cheering on the riders and keeping everyone fuelled with snacks at the water points. 💪

Cold, rainy weather? No problem! 🌧️ The true cycling spirit showed up in full force, and we loved seeing so many passionate athletes pushing through the elements and giving it their all.

At NMI Ford N1 City, we’re proud to support the cycling community and inspire people to get out there, stay active and chase their passions — whatever the weather!

To every rider who took on the challenge, we hope you enjoyed the Durbie Dash and that the experience only ignited your love for the sport even more! 🔥

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers and everyone who made this event possible. We’re proud to be part of a community that keeps moving forward!

Here’s to more adventures, more kilometres and more memories together! 💙

Probably the most prepared I’ve felt going into a race. Things were dialed and I was switched on.

I wanted the rain. I wanted the chaos. I wanted it all, and the chance to race.

I had my suspicions that I was still fighting something going into the weekend, and those suspicions proved to be justified. Frustrating, but that’s part of racing too.

I’m proud of how I arrived. And if anything, the weekend ignited something in me.
