Practice is one of the most important parts of hockey.

Talent can take you far, but it’s the time and effort you put in when nobody is watching that truly make the difference. Every rep, every drill, and every mistake is an opportunity to learn and improve.

Perfection is something you will never fully reach, because there is always something you can do better. The goal isn’t to become perfect; it’s to become a better player than you were yesterday.

The best players never stop learning, never stop working, and never become satisfied with where they are.

You may never reach perfection, but if you keep showing up, putting in the work, and striving to improve, you’ll always be moving closer to your potential.
