My first Mother’s Day as Teddy’s Mama 💕

I’ve experienced Mother’s Day in so many ways. I’ve celebrated the beautiful women in my life as a daughter, a granddaughter, a niece, a cousin and a friend. I’ve grieved this day after losing my mom and pregnancy losses.

Today will always be a special day. I get to be someone’s mama. My arms will be his safe place. My voice will bring him comfort. My love will make him feel like he’s home. That is a privilege I will never take for granted.

Thank you to all the mothers who came before me. The women who are an example of the kind of mother and woman I want to be. The mothers who offer advice, comfort, and encouragement.

Happy Mother’s Day 💕

Thank you Teddy for making me a Mom. I love you more than I could have ever imagined!

I have no words for the sense of support, love, and friendship I felt Saturday night as we celebrated the release of my little EP. Songs have a way of drawing people in, and I am so grateful for the community that has shown up around these. On top of that, it was a smashing Holiday Spectacular! There were sparkles galore, and everyone sang and played so pretty!! Plus we raised a pile of cash for a good cause. THANK YOU !!! Happy solstice week!
