It's the end of an era! I never thought that when I walked off a Megabus and through these doors after traipsing around Europe for 2 months that Durty Bull would become such a large part of my life these past 8 years. I'm so so grateful for the friends and the community that I've found along the way. Through the highs and the lows, Durty Bull and the community around it has been a home away from home for me. I'm sad to see it go, but I'm really glad it existed and that I got to be a part of it. On to the next adventure!

We had a grand send off Cavalcade for @durtybull in August. Fantastic turnout to raise glasses and enjoy a final Cavalier meetup at a great brewery. We are so sad to see them closing. We wish them all the very best going forward. 🍻🐾🍷✨ #cavalcade #durtybullbrewing #breweryclosingssuck #cavaliermeetup #cavaliersofinstagram

In case you’re wondering, this is what full-blown denial looks like.

It feels completely surreal to play on the @durtybull loading dock - for the last time. We’ve been so fortunate to play music here for y’all over the last 5ish years. This is where we played “Solid Ground”, “Better”, “Come Home”, and “Taxicab Preacher” (otw) for the first time… we take with us so many memories of playing for all of you sitting at picnic tables under blue skies. How appropriate that the skies were crying for our last show here.

Special shout out to @ryanharris6000 for jumping on stage with us for a few songs! We love this community so much.

Grateful to have had the support of this special place over the years 🚖🙏

🎵 song is “One Thing”
Lyrics: I gave you my whole heart, you got me a ring, I bought you that banjo ‘cause you like to sing, I took your dam* name and did everything. For you she ever did only one thing, yeah for you she ever did only one thing ☝️

It truly is the end of an era. I've been cohosting this mic @durtybull since December of 2022. It has been a blast! Unfortunately, with the closing of the Durty Bull, we are a closing down this amazing open mic with it. Come out tonight and raise a glass with us one last time. The show is jam packed and sure to be something special!

Thanks to Matt, Mick, JoRose and everyone who has ever bartended, brewed and managed. Thanks to @bm_comedy for passing the torch to me. And to @ashleypcomedy, @amirkomedy and @sashagoldman21 for hosting with me over the years. We're going to miss this spot. It is leaving a big hole in our community.
Best wishes to you all!
