“In the honor of brotherhood cuz it’s all good... - Q-Tip, A Tribe Called Quest
#friendship #recovery #kultjah

Seeing Jay today came with hugs, coffee, and the truth. He’s one of the realest and talented dudes I’ve always known, with a smart heart of gold. I got caught up on a lot of stuff that I needed to hear, and it was definitely the right time. The calming soul greeted me with open arms and it was the best hug I’ve had in a while. Especially from a friend since our childhood skateboarding days to the present. We have a lot of mutual friends that we share and he represented. He mentioned that i have a lot of people out there that love me, and I felt it. I’m so grateful for today, tomorrow, and beyond.

Jay - thank you again for listening, your advice, and being present. I feel more grounded now. Not done yet, still more grounding to do, but you are a true gem. Love you, fam. @durtyjerk
