Surprising our friends & family with the hardest-kept secret 👶🏻

I haven’t been into celebrating my bdays the past few years, but this time I rang it in w/ my Gemini twin - @msvo ♊️💟

It’s been another year of growth, quiet reflections, and mindful shifts towards a fuller version of myself. Grateful for this life & I’m learning to embrace every part of the journey — the mess, the magic, and everything in between.

Bunnies molt (or shed) about twice a year, sometimes more. 🐰🐰

& you will know when your bunny is molting and needs a good grooming! 🪮
There will be fur flying everywhere, stuck on places you can’t imagine (like your eyeballs 👀)

I love using a glove to groom Cecil 🧤 because it helps to catch all his fine fur.

I also take this opportunity to trim his nails 💅 and a mesh sheet can help push some of the fur back so you can spot the nails better.

I wrapped him in a burrito 🌯 because he is squirmy when it comes to trimming nails so it’s safer for him and for me!

He is not hurt in any way when I do that because he’s loosely wrapped in a towel and I am not flipping him over. (You should never lay your bunny on their back) 🙅🏻‍♀️

Let us know how often you groom your bunny! 💚

Good morning friends! 🌸🌸

I always try to find ways to help Cecil 🐰 and Sophie 👧🏻 to become more acquainted with each other.

One way is to give them both a snack they can enjoy together 🥰

You can see here that Cecil 🐰 even let her pet him a few times!

We are still teaching Sophie 👧🏻 how to be Gentle so every interaction is monitored by us 💓

So have them share a banana🍌! Or an orange🍊!

Happy snacking 🩵

2024 was quite the year! 💫💫

Today is the day to reflect on the past year and what to look forward to next year. ☺️

Cecil 🐰 had a big change this year, getting acquainted with his new baby sister 👧🏻 and getting used to having another human being or little monster 👹 in his space.

His resolution for 2025 is to figure out how to stop this little gremlin from trying to eat his poop 💩 all the time. Because his body, his poop!!!

Share with us some of your New Year’s resolution! ✨

Life’s been a roller coaster lately with its ups and downs, but with good friends, great food, and beautiful beaches, the ride is always worth it. Have faith in God to lead the way.

Congrats Flenny thanks for a good time and an amazing wedding! @foxyflo @dtangesq

Cecil and I wish you a happy Tuesday! 🌻🌸🌼

Bunnies don’t often like to be picked up.

Every now and then Cecil will allow me to pick him up for a quick cuddle. 🥰

It never lasts more than 3-4 minutes ⏱️

And I always give him a treat 🍭 after so he can associate being picked up as a good thing 😉

Does your bunny let you pick them up? ❣️

I always find it funny when people say that their pets look like their owners 🐶🐱🐰🐹

But then every time I wear achromatic colors - white gray black I always get so excited because it feels like I’m matching with Cecil 🐰🤍🩶🖤

Do you sometimes try to match with your bun too?
😂🥹🥰😍

It’s grooming day! 🪮🪮

Bunnies 🐰 molt twice a year, sometimes more! As good as they are at cleaning themselves 🧼
They do need some assistance in getting rid of all that excess fur!

Bunny nails 💅 also continuously grow and need to be trimmed periodically.

If you have outdoor space, I prefer to groom Cecil outdoors so you don’t have fur all over your house 🏠

I place Cecil 🐰 on a high surface with a towel or blanket for comfort. I also place treats in front of him in case he wants to snack 😋😋

We use a grooming glove 🧤 to help grab the fur.

For nails, we use a small pet nail clippers and a mesh to help push the fur back so you can see their nails for clearly 👓

If you have someone else at home, I always find clipping nails better as a two man job 👯‍♀️
(Or maybe because I’m just not that good at it 😅)

Share with us below any tips you have for grooming your bunny! 🥰🥰
