After removing all the chrome details and giving the entire car a complete blacked-out look, I just couldn’t resist taking it one step further… 😈🖤

The headlights and fog lights were already high on my list, so I decided it was time to transform them into the OEM LCI MINI Cooper headlights. 🔥

I first contacted the dealer to see if they could do the conversion, but unfortunately, there was no clear answer. After a little Google searching, I came across @eacarworks — and these guys can literally retrofit almost anything OEM. 🤯

After getting in touch with them, I decided to have the new headlights professionally installed and coded to the car. And the result? Absolutely insane. Everything works exactly as it should, just like it came from the factory. 👌

But it didn’t stop there… 😏
While the MINI was there, they also had a JCW instrument cluster available. Of course, I couldn’t say no to that! And yes — they were able to code it perfectly to my MINI. 🔥

I’m honestly extremely happy with the result.

A huge thank you once again to @eacarworks for the incredible work! 🙌

Now the big question… what’s next? 👀

Let’s start from the beginning. 🏁

First up: the rear lights and exhaust system. The exhaust will be upgraded to the John Cooper Works Pro exhaust with valves, followed by a proper tune to bring the car up to true John Cooper Works performance. 🔥

The rear lights will also get an upgrade to the iconic Union Jack design. 🇬🇧

The goal? Keep everything as original and OEM+ as possible, while making the MINI feel even more special. 🖤

And this is just the beginning… 👀

Big thanks to Ekris MINI for the work on this build. 🙌
