POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Nine months ago, four studio/prodco founders made four strategic bets for 2026.

This Thursday, we’re bringing them back to show us the receipts.

Because we hear about the strategy when it’s announced. And later, maybe we hear the polished success story.

But what the hell happened in between?

Did the bet pay off?

Did reality slap them in the face?

Did they double down?

Change course?

Abandon it?

And most importantly:
What did they learn that might change the bet you’re making right now?

No predictions. No sanitized success stories.

Let’s see the receipts.

📅 Thursday, October 8
⏰ 12:30 PM ET
🎟️ Front Stage is free and open to everyone.

‪I’d say we flew to Charlotte to make the Mayes look cool but they didn’t need much help with that. ‬

IRL is magic. We forget that... until we’re back inside it.

Last week in NYC. Sports Emmys Tuesday. Assembly Wednesday. Fuse 56 NYC dinner Thursday.

By Thursday night my social battery was completely depleted. And for someone whose extrovert index goes to 11, that’s saying something.

Easily the best week of 2026 so far.

Fuse: sixteen studio founders, private room, no agenda, no pitch, no shmoozing. That rare conversation that doesn’t happen on a Zoom call or in a Discord rant channel.

We all have incredible tools for staying connected. None of them beat sitting across a table from someone living the same challenges and the same dream you are.

Props to @blatchford for collaborating with on the STUDIO SURVEY project. More on that soon.

If you were at the table Thursday... or you’ve experienced the IRL effect... drop a thought

Having glitter crash from another amazing @myassembly.community ✨ Thank you Tony, Carson, and Mitch for creating such a wonderful event and to all our partners who make it happen. Being part of this group of friends and colleagues means a lot and I’m still laughing out loud about some of our shenanigans. Until next time.

Words can’t really describe what Saturday evening meant to us but hey, we’ll try.

Your Attention Please had its Boston premiere in our very own backyard at the Somerville Theater. The theater was packed and our hearts are so full.

We couldn’t leave an opportunity for an after party on the cutting room floor so we packed the local Flatbreads too. Beer, bowling, pizza…Karaoke was 3rd location, 4th is undisclosed (iykyk)

As a company Vagrants takes pride in the fact that we are filmmakers at heart and we couldn’t be prouder of @saraxrobin and @jack.lemay for all of their hard work on this important and timely film.

Thank you to everyone who made this film happen and all of the friends, family, locals who came out and made the screening even better than we could have imagined.

If you’ve read this far - you’re probably a loyal friend or fan. More updates to come as Your Attention Please continues to make headlines and spark the conversations that are more important now than ever.

There’s a difference between coverage and connection.

Over the past week, Your Attention Please (@yourattentionplease_film ) has landed across national broadcast, tech, culture, and global press.

But the real signal is how people are responding.

They’re not just watching.
They’re reflecting.
They’re questioning.
They’re talking.

That’s the goal.

Because coverage doesn’t move a film forward.
Connection does.

We didn’t just go out with press.
We shaped how this story could travel and who it could reach.

And it’s working.

Proud to build this alongside an incredible team.

If you’ve got a film and you’re thinking about how it breaks through, let’s talk. #FilmMarketing #Publicity #FilmPublicity #ExperientialMarketing #sxsw
