A birthday turned into a movement for a cause. 🍞❤️

We joined Nilay Agarwal, Founder of the Vishalakshi Foundation, at Delhi University for a walk on Global Roti Day — a day he chose to observe on his birthday to raise awareness about hunger and encourage people to come forward and contribute.

Nilay believes hunger is a pandemic, and the initiative combines awareness with a donation drive to support those who struggle for their daily food.

The walk saw thousands of students from across Delhi University come together on campus, with MP Manoj Tiwari also joining the walk.

From a personal milestone to a larger cause, Global Roti Day brought the DU community together around one simple message — no one should go hungry. 🍞❤️
