🥊 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR BLACKHEART! 🥊

Our Boxing and Muay Thai fighters showed up and showed out this weekend! We’re incredibly proud of everyone who stepped into the ring and represented Blackheart with skill, toughness, composure, and heart.

Win, lose, or draw, every time you compete you come back better—and this weekend was another reminder that the work being put in inside the gym is paying off. 🔥

A huge shoutout to our Boxing and Muay Thai coaches as well. The hours spent holding pads, sharpening technique, building game plans, pushing conditioning, and preparing these athletes often happen when nobody is watching. The fighters get in the ring, but there’s an entire team in their corner.

Proud of our fighters. Proud of our coaches. Proud of this team.

July was one for the books. 🖤

From belt promotions and new beginnings to hosting incredible seminars, adding Judo to the schedule, and watching our students continue to grow, this month was a reminder of what Blackheart Martial Arts is all about.

Thank you to every student, parent, coach, and guest instructor who made July such a success. Your hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn are what make this community special.

Here's to carrying this momentum into August. Keep showing up. Keep improving. Keep earning it.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’m lucky to have teammates and friends who push me and support me. Always grateful for the hospitality and great sparring rounds. It was amazing to share the mats with some old training partners. Thank you @brunsonsmmaandfitness

One of the coolest parts about coaching is seeing the amazing young adults our athletes grow into after being apart of our Wildcat family.

@duvky_mo graduated from Millbrook in 2024 and has gone on to serve our country as a Marine! We are lucky enough to have him home for a few days and he has been investing in the next generation of Millbrook Wrestlers!

Thank you for your service Mo! We are so proud of you! 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

I’ve been training hard for years… but not with purpose. Not with that fire in my gut. Truth is—I haven’t trained with intent in a long damn time.

No opponent. No deadline. I'm just going with the flow. But that changes now.

This post is my line in the sand. I’m holding myself accountable. I’m stepping into a mini fight camp with my crew. No distractions. No excuses. Just blood, sweat, and forward pressure.

Time to sharpen the blade. 40 is around the corner, and Im not done yet. #BlackheartCrew #Heavyweight #MMA #MuayThai #BJJ #blackbelt #dadbod #notdeadyet
