I had to take a moment to pause, reflect, and truly take it all in before completing the edit of my book launch and birthday celebration. Some moments are simply too beautiful to rush through; they deserve to be felt, cherished, and remembered. A room filled with love, genuine smiles, beautiful souls, and an abundance of warmth. Looking around, I couldn’t have imagined a more meaningful way to celebrate such a significant milestone in my life than to be surrounded by people who showed up with such selflessness, kindness, and love. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who dedicated their time, energy, and presence to making this day unforgettable. Your presence made the celebration more than just a book launch or a birthday; it became a beautiful reminder of the power of love, community, and the people who make our journeys worthwhile. Tears of a Slave: From Brokenness to Becoming is a story of a journey, but this moment reminded me that no journey is ever truly walked alone. I am deeply grateful.
